If squid is not involved, then you cannot check which sites your people are
going to.
Block direct access to http ports outside your office. Force
people to use your proxy server. Then to see a log of sites, check
/var/log/squid/access.log. You can also control access via squid - block
sites, block ads, block audio/images etc.
