On Mon, 7 Feb 2000, thus spake Syed Khader Vali:
> P.S: Suresh, I am not a troll Dude ;-)
I'll take that statement at face value and address a ~small~ mistake you
made -
> Or if you don't want to prevent spamming by listening to Suresh, then
> there is a cure, join CAUCE and check out the web site
> http://www.india.cauce.org ;-)
1. Those who want to join are welcome, with or without Khader's sarcastic
(?!?!) comments to influence you :)
2. http://www.india.cauce.org is under construction and does not, as yet,
contain anything about closing MTAs against relay (or I'd have been the
first person to point you all there <g>).
3. To learn how to close sendmail - see http://www.sendmail.org/~ca and
http://www.sendmail.org/tips/relaying.html
4. For other (*nix, winDUH, Netware ...) MTAs see
http://www.orbs.org/otherresources.html and
http://www.mail-abuse.org/tsi/ar-fix.html

Adding features does not necessarily increase functionality --
it just makes the manuals thicker.
^^^ my 2 cents re the IDE / emacs / vi etc thread (quote randomly inserted
by fortune). Oh yes Manoj, as you are apparently using fortune cookies in
your .sig, consider using fortune -s to get short quotes, some of them can
run to over two pages :)
