Has anybody tried out 'rexec' on RH6.1 ?
There seems to be some problem when i try to rexec using a 'root' id.
(rexec -l root -p <password> <machine> <command>)
Does this problem (or security check) have the same reasons as root not
being allowed to telnet and ftp ? What is the solution ?
I need rexec to be enabled in inetd.conf for HP Web JetAdmin which is
required to configure all our HP Laser Printers on the network.
