I am afraid that installing the package 'wu-ftpd' alone will not
suffice. If sundry people have to do an access, it is thru an
anonymous account. In Debian GNU/Linux, U have something called
the configuration scripts coming to action while U do the wu-ftpd
package installation and creating the dir tree for U. In a RHL
system, U may have to go about doing things by hand. Please refer
to an answer by Kedar P. to an earlier thread on a similar question.
