I have now successfully tested this code with the HP LJ 2100TN and the 6MP,
the Palm III, Ericsson I888, and one IrCOMM cable connected to an external
modem.
BTW: the patch works fine with 2.3.15 as well. Hopefully it will get into
2.3.16. I'll even make a 2.2.11 patch out of it as well.
