Hi,
I'm trying to figure out the serial protocol used by the JVC GC-S1 camera.
It is definitely IrTran-P wrapped by some other protocol. Data packets
are alway 100 bytes long. The structure look like:
'Z'+code+data-length+data+zeroes+'Z'+checksum.
I have seen ore that one IrTran-P essages in the same packet, or split
across multiple packets.
Acknowleddemets are always 3 bytes, containing 'Z'+code+'Z'.
Does it sound familiar? Are other cameras using a similar protocol?
