Has anyone managed to get the gsmlib program working
over IrDA (http://www.pxh.de/fs/gsmlib/ - it has a
command line interface for sending and receiving sms
messages, updating address books etc). Using a 2.2.10
kernel, Fujitsu Lifebook B110 and a Nokia 8810 I have
problems that it seems to be losing LF characters from
the phone. I am going to try some more debugging and
try 2.2.12+irda patches, but wondered if anyone else
had tried it.
The machine+phone works perfectly using pppd or a terminal,
no problems connecting to the net, so I think it is a
minor config problem.
