When I go to down load the file from the snapshot list, I receive them as zip files. when I then go to unzip them with WinZip I get an error indicating that it cannot read the header, "Error reading header after processing 0 entries". Pkunzip won't recognize the file, and tar.exe doesn't either. I am trying to do this on a PC with windows NT. Does Anyone have any suggestions?
