You should probably use patch-2.2.13-irda5 instead if you plan to use
IrCOMM.

PyOBEX haven't been released yet!! Your just lucky you found it ;-) Try
setting target to:

        irda://:OBEX

Then try to put a file to your phone. PyOBEX have been tested with the S25, 
so it should work. I will release a better version in a few days.
