You only need -irda8. If you are unsure try patching with --dry-run. If
that gives you errors then you probably need to apply some more patches. If
not, it's a good indication that this patch is enough. Another thing you
can look at is the file size. If the file size is larger than any of the
other patches with a lower number, then you should suspect it to contain
the other patches as well. And if it's larger than all the others and
doesn't give any errors when using --dry-run then .... ;-)
