Hmm - Not for me - It opens without any window boarders etc - But its
not draggable by the "small" borders it has like other wm dock apps.
If i drag it around (by using Ctrl and Mouse button) its not droppable
into the dock. Its also kind of smaller (by 3-4 pixels) than other docks
apps, it seems like its missing a 1-2 point boarders.
