I'd like to get my Kodak DC-265 camera talking to my laptop via IrDA rather than USB. I've gotten far enough that the camera is discovered. I've tried using opendis (the Digita OS) app for linux that talks to the camera via USB or a standard serial port. The data going back and forth looks rather dissimilar to the data one sees on the USB bus or a standard serial port. I've applied to be a Kodak developer and requested the IrDA interface spec for the 265/290. Has anyone done any work in this area that I can build upon? I saw mention of an IrDA picture transfer spec somplace.
