Okie, I will try to upgrade again and see if that solves anything.

Good to know. Do you use it with the cable or with the Ir-eye? I have been
able to use it with the Ir-eye on my previous laptop, but not with the
cable.

Also, what setup do you use? Something which differs significantly from
mine?
