After the call from James McKenzie to try out toshoboe 2.5 (which I
could not even compile) I tried out linux-2.2.15 and linux-2.2.16pre2
(*and pre3*) with my Toshiba 2540 CDS and my cell SH 888. While everything
works fine under linux-2.2.14 and toshoboe-1.9, I can't even get the phone
to reply to cat /proc/net/irda/discovery under the new kernels and
toshoboe-1.91. I sort of need 2.2.15 to fix some other problems, so
I'm quite despaired to see that IRDA (that worked so well up to now)
does not work any longer for me.
Does somebody know what's going on?
