Hi all, after a hard tricking with the Linux IRDA
stack, I still cannot get a clue with the laptop
in subject. It should have an UIRCC, but can't see
it (no serial ports reported by kernel, nor succesful
modprobing). Tried to install Win 95 and the Infrared
sees my Nokia 6150 (Reports COM3 at 0x2F8 IRQ 3). Tried
the same setting with Linux (setserial /dev/ttyS2 uart 16550A port 0x2f8 irq 3),
but no way! No info on all toshiba sites, no info on sharp
sites (because the IR chip should be some model of a sharp, right ?).
Anybody made such beast run ???
