Hi all.
I'm trying to configure the infrared port of my Compaq Armada E500
LapTop to use the irtty and my 7110 Nokia Phone for a ppp connection.
I have been reading some HOWTO and other things and I am finally
thinking to be in trouble with the IrDA device Itself (I can't see the
"Serial connection established" after the
insmod irda
insmod irtty
irmanager -d 1 with irattach /dev/ttyS2
)...
The IR device works well under M$ windoze 2000.
Anyone can help with this notebook?
