Genral concensus is stay well away from 2.4.0-test11 kernel and any pre5/6/7 preleases as they are all broken in my opinion. I can get the kernel test11 to panic with either USB or IRDA to my Handspring Visor consisently. I have posted my irda oops here. I will submit changes to the kernel when i debug unless someone does it before me.. I suggest Irda users to stick with test10 - at least in my opinion.
