I can use minicom very fine with my Ericsson SH888 on a Tekram serial
port dongle. Sadly all SMS programs sometimes don't work. So I tried to
use plain "chat" as with my modem and pppd. It gives me the same results :(
How can I use chat with icomm0 (I need it due to my lack of knowledge how to
make it in Perl...)?
I just want to ATZ it (later sending SMS) and have the following tried:
$ cat chatscript
"" ATZ
OK ""
# chat -e -v -f chatscript </dev/ircomm0 >/dev/ircomm0; echo $?
it just hangs there. Syslog is saying the following:
