ircp has not beed programmed to be portable. I have only compiled it in
Linux,
and it will not compile out of the box on Windows. If you really want to
port
it I'll be happy to give you some hints if you get in trouble, but
you'll have
to do the work.

ircp requires OpenOBEX, so a first step will for you will be to compile
the
library, which reqiures glib. Both these libraries can be compiled with
VC6, without change.
