as far as I can tell everything is installed..  there is not irda or irtty
module because they are in the kernel...  doh...  I am currently
rebuilding the kernel with all modules...  just in case...  yes I did
check my irda port etc...  does the irmanager stuff have to be running?
how exactly does irattach "attach" devices and how would they get
"unattached"...
