I've adopted quilt and have updated the patches to be a single file. It
definitely seems easier! :-)

I got my test karma back up and running again (for now anyway) and have
noticed that it does use up an awful lot of memory - particularly if
there are a large number of songs. I think this is because of the way it
was building the list view - it would expand each album/artist node to
get the tracks underneath as it built the tree. Not doing this seems to
reduce the memory usage significantly. It does lead to a few small
problems to do with the tree-view not responding well to
searching/filtering. I will try and iron these out.

But for now, I've posted the latest patches which should be more
memory-friendly.
