On a karma freshly blanked : riocp complains that some tracks I'm
trying to upload are already present like in this one

Also in the process of reuploading many tracks (10 Go or so) on a high
speed USB port, the omfs driver crashed with :

I reinstalled a new image (I could do that all day now...) and uploaded
some tracks on a normal speed USB port without any problem other than
the "tune already present".
