Open mailing lists are the easiest way to report bugs etc. If someone doesn't have a decent spam filter for their incoming mail, reading this ml via gmane's NNTP/blog/web Interface is an alternative - because gmanes spam filter is not bad. Of course, everyone who thinks that this is a problem should tell Sourceforge about it, because they could really improve their ML service for OS-projects (regarding spam filtering).
