CONFIG_VIDEO_BT848 in 2.4.0-test9pre1 missing

Hi,

Is there any reason that the 
CONFIG_VIDEO_BT848 is missing in menuconfig?

(doesn't show up in .config either)

I added it manually in .config and the bttv drivers seem to compile
