Hmm, I don't know why I overlooked those. I think maybe I did the initial replacement before this patch and forgot to do the same replacement on my subsequent work. I guess that's what happens when I rebase/rework too much... Thanks for the diff. I'll probably squash it into v3 if/when that comes.
