During the conversion to the feature flags, a check against ci->id != BCMA_CHIP_ID_BCM47162 became bgmac->feature_flags & BGMAC_FEAT_CLKCTLS instead of !(bgmac->feature_flags & BGMAC_FEAT_CLKCTLS)
