The gpio test requires to insert the gpio mockup module (CONFIG_GPIO_MOCKUP). The gpio mockup driver depends on gpiolib (CONFIG_GPIOLIB). CONFIG_GPIO_SYSFS is selected automatically by the gpio mockup driver.
