Can we not use local variables that keep a copy of per subspace mpar count and
similar variables? It is probably little hard to make sure the updates to 
locals are
written back to the variables of pcc_ss_data. I think we are missing updates to
all three variables(mpar_count, last_mpar_reset and last_cmd_cmpl_time) in
this patch.
