If CONFIG_TRIM_UNUSED_KYMS is enabled, KBUILD_MODULES is set.  This
code is unneeded for external module building because KBUILD_MODULES
is always set.  Move this code inside "ifeq ($(KBUILD_EXTMOD),)"
conditional.
