This patch is needed for 4.4.y but need restruction, as Paul said:
Strictly speaking the faulty MIPS implementation can be
traced further back to commit 856839b76836 ("MIPS: Add
arch_trigger_all_cpu_backtrace() function") in v3.19

And are you sure they are needed for 4.4.y?
