You can simplify the math a bit:

        tmp = kzalloc(EFUSE_MAX_SECTION_88E * (sizeof(void *) + 
EFUSE_MAX_WORD_UNIT * sizeof(u16)), GFP_KERNEL);

Then if it fails:

        if (!tmp)
                goto eFuseWord_failed;
