I've reposted my patches with some of your changes folded in. I will consider the other things, but I don't have time to do that before Monday. I think I should also have a go at porting fuse so that we can get the subtype bits done. Note that I have a perl script that does some of the initial work. It needs a bit of fixing up, but I'll post that in a mail at some point. David
