        * Return UV Hubless System Type
        * Add return code to UV BIOS Init function
        * Setup UV functions for Hubless UV Systems
        * Add UV Hubbed/Hubless Proc FS Files
        * Decode UVsystab Info
        * Account for UV Hubless in is_uvX_hub Ops
