Yes, I made this a while ago, ftp://source.mvista.com/pub/dwalker/misc/long-cfs-load-balance-trace.txt This was with PREEMPT_RT on btw, so it's not the most recent kernel. I was able to reproduce it in all the -rc's I tried.
