xilinx axi_emac driver is supported on ZynqMP UltraScale platform.
So enable ARCH64 in kconfig. It also removes redundant ARCH_ZYNQ
dependency. Basic sanity testing is done on zu+ mpsoc zcu102
evaluation board.
