  - SCSI_UFS_EXYNOS [=y] && SCSI_LOWLEVEL [=y] && SCSI [=y] && 
SCSI_UFSHCD_PLATFORM [=y] && (ARCH_EXYNOS || COMPILE_TEST [=y])

Fix it by removing PHY_SAMSUNG_UFS dependency.
