We could replace the ARM64_HAS_GENERIC_AUTH checks with a single helper
function that tests for ARM64_HAS_GENERIC_AUTH_ARCH or
ARM64_HAS_GENERIC_AUTH_IMP_DEF. Or you had a different idea?
