[PATCH] net/bluetooth: WARNING: adv_channel_map_fops should be defined with DEFINE_DEBUGFS_ATTRIBUTE

[Jiapeng Zhong]

adv_channel_map_fops is used in the debug file, we use
DEFINE_DEBUGFS_ATTRIBUTE replaces DEFINE_SIMPLE_ATTRIBUTE,
more clear and intuitive.
