locking/mutex: Remove repeated declaration
Commit 0cd39f4600ed ("locking/seqlock, headers: Untangle the spaghetti monster")
introduces 'struct ww_acquire_ctx' again, remove the repeated declaration and
move
the pre-declarations to the top.
