This series removes the deprecated SRCU-lite flavor:
1. Remove support for SRCU-lite.
2. Remove SRCU-lite scenarios.
3. Remove support for SRCU-lite.
4. Remove SRCU-lite implementation.
5. Remove SRCU-lite deprecation.
