fixed below checkpatch warning.
- WARNING: Prefer netdev_warn(netdev, ... then dev_warn(dev, ... then 
pr_warn(...  to printk(KERN_WARNING ...

some of them have been replaced by dev_dbg or pr_debug,
and added pr_fmt.
