Don't complain about camelcase when using SUPPORTED_*/ADVERTISED_*
defines, they are part of the user api so can't be (easily) fixed.

Removes false positives in e.g. ethernet drivers like:

WARNING: Avoid CamelCase: <SUPPORTED_Autoneg>
+                                     SUPPORTED_Autoneg |
