    m68k: Truncate base in do_div()

there are a few other places in the kernel that call do_div() with a
64-bit divisor,
causing unexpected behavior.

Thanks!

In personal conversations with technical people, I call myself a hacker. But
when I'm talking to journalists I just say "programmer" or something like that.
