So this is a first take to cleanup the posix cpu timers code. It removes some optimizations that don't seem very worth the code complications to me, and also bring some locking cleanup (remove use of tasklist_lock), etc..
It has been only lightly tested for now (just ran though the posix timers selftests in tools/testing/selftests). And there is still some work to do, I need to integrate the fixes proposed by Kosaki: https://lkml.kernel.org/r/1369604149-13016-1-git-send-email-kosaki.motoh...@gmail.com and there is some more chunks to sanitize.
