perf tools: Fix redirection printouts

Fix the duplicate util/util printout Arnaldo reported:

       $ make V=1 O=/tmp/build/perf -C tools/perf/ util/srcline.o
   ...
       # Redirected target util/srcline.o =>
/tmp/build/perf/util/util/srcline.o
