Use NOKPROBE_SYMBOL macro for protecting functions
from kprobes instead of __kprobes annotation in x86
kprobes code.
This applies __always_inline annotation for some cases,
because NOKPROBE_SYMBOL() will inhibit inlining by
referring the symbol address.
