This cleans up space after if, for and while to be consistent - prefering the 'if ()' form. It also removes spaces between '*' and the variable name for pointer types, ensures there's just a single space between type and variable name when defining variables, gets rid of extra spaces at EOL (those I found), ensures there are spaces after ',' in parameter lists when calling functions, and a few other similar bits.
