Hi, here are some cleanups for nbd.
Patch 3 removes the internal kernel header of nbd as it is only used for nbd.c. We can define the device struct at the top of nbd.c instead. Patch 6 replaces the previously used dprint macro with dev_dbg. dev_dbg() should work as well as dprint did. The other patches change some minor things.
