The driver uses the wrong PCI device ID for the PCI-6216. In reality, it has the same device ID as the PCI-6208 (and the subdevice ID's don't help either). This results in only the first 8 digital output channels of the PCI-6216 being useable.
This series of patches treats the PCI-6208 and PCI-6216 as the same device, and gives it 16 digital output channels instead of 8. For the PCI-6208, the extra outputs just won't go anywhere!
