Here is the update to the patches based on comments from Al and Jan. The changes since V1 are
- Dropped the IOP_NOTHASHED patch and replaced it wit the hlist_fake patch as per Al's suggestion. - Dropped "inode: convert per-sb inode list to a list_lru" since Jan has found some issues with it and it doesn't seem as awesome as we want. - Fixed "inode: don't softlockup when evicting inodes" since it was based on the list_lru patch. - Added my SOB to all the patches as per Jan's suggestion and added his relevant Reviewed-by's. I'm getting new performance numbers for these patches now, hopefully that stuff will finish soon and I can get them posted. I wanted to get the updated patchset up as quickly as possible since we're getting close to the merge window and I'm getting ready to disappear into vacation for a little bit.
